I eat salad. I eat a LOT of salad. My dilemma is the dressing. Nine out of 10 dressings have a ton of ingredients and lots of added sugar. This is quick, easy, and tastes great.

Prep Time: 2 Minuts


  • 2 Drizzles olive oil
  • 1/2 Juice from a lemon
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir.

All ingredients are ‘to taste’. I like extra mustard…Play with it and see what you like best. Add a bit of fresh dill for more flavor!
