Ingredients
- 3 Big slices Red Onion
- 1 Big bunch Fresh Cilantro
- 3 Drizzles olive oil
- 4 Dashes Ground Pepper
- 1/2 Juice from a lemon
- 1 Can Low-sodium chickpeas (or if you have them freshly made you can use those!)
- 1/4 Cup Green olives with pimentos
Instructions
Add the olives, onions, lemon, olive oil, cilantro and pepper into the food processor and chop until almost liquid.
