  • 3 Big slices Red Onion
  • 1 Big bunch Fresh Cilantro
  • 3 Drizzles olive oil
  • 4 Dashes Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 Juice from a lemon
  • 1 Can Low-sodium chickpeas (or if you have them freshly made you can use those!)
  • 1/4 Cup Green olives with pimentos


Add the olives, onions, lemon, olive oil, cilantro and pepper into the food processor and chop until almost liquid.
