  1. Line the bottom of the crockpot with celery and carrots. Place bay leaves on top and then add the chuck roast. Add bone broth and then add water until it is even with the top of the roast. Add all spices and cook on high for 6 hours.
  2. I served mine over brown rice! Enjoy!
