I ADORE wax beans. I can never seem to find them fresh though, which means I do resort to the lower sodium or no salt added canned version. I try to not eat a ton of canned food so this is a once in a while thing. They are very nutritious though and have tons of great properties. This is one of my fave go to veggie recipes not only because it tastes great, but because work is insane right now (WOOWOO) and this is a SUPER quick dish to make.
