So excited to share this fun and gluten-free take on pesto. I didn’t see anything else out there like it so original juices are flowing! Enjoy on beef or chicken, fish or even over some brown rice!

Cook Time: 3 Minutes


  • 20 Leaves Fresh sage
  • 2 Tbsp Minced garlic I love garlic so I add a lot. You can put less!
  • 1 Lemon (juice)
  • 6 Dashes Ground Pepper
  • 4 Dashes Paprika
  • 4 Drizzles Olive oil I also tend to add extra-I like it oily. You can add less.
  • 8-10 Green olives
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1/4 Red Onion Chopped


Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend. Add water to dilute and make more if you wish. I added about 1/4 cup of water.

Basil leaves

Serve over just about anything. I put it on beef meatballs for dinner and used the rest on my broccoli and rice for lunch the next day!
