Daffnee Cohen
Daffnee Cohen owns and operates a full service digital marketing firm, hosts the podcast Better with Daffnee, and offers one-on-one coaching and consulting for people in all places in their careers and businesses. While the firm focuses on functional and integrative medicine, we service businesses in all industries.
Daffnee has helped take businesses, including her own, from $0 in revenue to 6 and 7 figures through managing marketing strategies as well as one-on-one coaching and consulting.
Daffnee has presented and been published on platforms like MindBodyGreen, The Huffington Post, The Orlando Sentinel, and more.
Daffnee also works as a Zumba instructor and private lacrosse coach. She spends her free time at the beach with her husband and two daughters, reading, and hanging with her two rescue pups.
The Marketing Team
Kyle Leahy
Kyle Leahy is a senior marketing manager and integral team member on the Daffnee Cohen Marketing Team for nine impactful years now. While her skillset is far reaching, her specialties include social media creative, graphic design, client communications, and editorial planning.
Kyle lives in Orlando, FL, with her husband, Chris, their daughter, Elle, and their adorable pug, Roger. When she’s not exploring the magic of Walt Disney World, Kyle enjoys reading, staying active, and keeping up with all things Bravo TV. Originally from the Jersey Shore, Kyle is a proud alumna of Monmouth University. She went on to earn her Master of Arts from the University of Massachusetts in 2012 before making the move to Florida.
Hussein Hussein
Hussein Hussein has been on the Daffnee Cohen team for eight years and has made every single day an impactful one. Hussein specializes in creating and executing the big picture plan, as well as overseeing the smaller moving parts and details. His tact and responsiveness never go unnoticed by our client base. Guided by Daffnee’s expertise, Hussein has learned the ins and outs of curating a marketing plan best suited to each and every client.
Hussein enjoys practicing yoga and, by Daffnee’s influence, has become obsessed with Crossfit – but still not as much as Daffnee.
Hussein was born and raised in Florida and is an alumni from Stetson University. He has been living in Argentina for the past nine years and is currently studying medicine in la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Hussein taught English to various businesses and created video descriptions for documentaries for the visually impaired before joining the world of online marketing with Daffnee and her team.
Caitlin Rice
With a background in public relations, Caitlin Rice brings a wealth of experience to the world of digital marketing. Her expertise extends across advertising and media outreach, but it’s the art of crafting engaging social media strategy and content that truly ignites her passion.
Originally hailing from Wisconsin, Caitlin and her wife swapped snowflakes for sunshine seven years ago and have embraced life in Florida with open arms. As a dedicated professional in the functional medicine space, she merges her marketing skills with a genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness.
When she’s not crafting social strategy, Caitlin is always test driving new hobbies (currently pilates) or enjoying the tried and true (reading, painting, and rock climbing). Outside of work and hobbies, Caitlin spends her time with her “zoo” of four dogs, four cats, four birds, and a house pig.
Lucas Contartese
Lucas Contartese is a key member of the Daffnee Cohen Marketing team. He specializes in many aspects of the firm, but truly shines in his ability to create, manage & optimize ad campaigns, while translating client wishes from meeting into reality. He has over 8 years of experience with digital marketing and has worked in several e-commerce companies, as well as Marketing agencies before joining Daffnee’s team.
Lucas was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina before moving to South Florida at the age of 7. He graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, with certificates in Digital Marketing & Social Media Analytics.
In his off time, you can find Lucas’s spending time with his beautiful daughters, who are 5 and 3 years old. He enjoys watching soccer, football or any other sport. He also enjoys spending time with friends, family and traveling.
Tal Harel
Tal Harel is pumped to join the Daffnee Cohen Marketing Team. Her strong background in Social Media and Content Creation brings a unique and creative perspective to all work done with clients.
She is personable, enthusiastic, and focused on creating incredible marketing campaigns that stand out.
Outside of work, Tal is a self-proclaimed bookworm and crystal fiend. When she is not spending time with her exceptionally perfect Australian Shepherd, you’ll find Tal cooking and catching her guilty-pleasure reality TV shows.
Nicole Petersen
Nicole is excited to be part of the Daffnee Cohen Marketing Team! She has a background in media, marketing and business operations. She is passionate about project management, improving business operations and working with small businesses.
Outside of work, Nicole loves to stay active by going skiing, hiking and overall being outdoors. She also enjoys cooking and baking, reading and traveling. She recently visited Thailand and can’t wait for her next international trip!
Courtney Sadowski
Courtney calls Northern California home, residing just 45 minutes north of San Francisco. With a solid foundation in linguistics and years of hands-on social media experience, she excels at crafting content that connects deeply with diverse audiences.
When she’s not shaping digital narratives, you can find Courtney hiking the scenic trails with her husband, playing with her two cats, enjoying bad (yet hilarious) movies with friends, exploring new countries, or experimenting with bold, new recipes in the kitchen.
Samantha Stevens
Samantha brings a layered and diverse background to the Daffnee Cohen Marketing team. From the Philadelphia area, she has a background in graphic design, social media management, and email management. She is passionate about bringing creative and strategic ideas to her clients.
Outside of work you can catch her reading a book, binge watching her favorite shows, or hanging out with her dogs in her backyard.
Sarah Welsh
Sarah brings a strong background in content creation and strategy to the team. With experience in social media, writing, and travel content, she excels at crafting engaging narratives that resonate with audiences.
A Canadian with a love for backpacking, she’s travelled extensively with her boyfriend and has called many parts of the globe home in recent years. She’s always got to have music on, and when she’s not working, you’ll find her paddle boarding, reading, or taking pictures of her cat (even when he’s camera shy).
Katie Mast
As a natural cheerleader, Katie is obsessed with building authentic connections and helping business owners thrive. She brings years of experience in marketing, partnerships, and building amazing client experiences.
Known for her big heart, bigger ideas, and the kind of energy that makes you feel like you can do it all, Katie always finds a way to make marketing feel effortless and exciting.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Katie starting every day with an oat milk latte, managing the lovable chaos of her two amazing kids, chasing around her two adorable pups, supporting her video game producer husband, and dreaming up the next family adventure.

I’m thrilled to be part of a team where I get to combine my passion for small businesses with my love for crafting strategy and creativity. I truly enjoy helping businesses achieve their goals by blending thoughtful planning with innovative solutions that drive success. Outside of work, I’m happiest with a good book and a cup of coffee in hand, journaling, or spending time with my rescue dog, Ajax.
