Looking for Lacrosse lessons near you? Lacrosse is one of the fastest growing sports in central Florida. Daffnee currently offers private one-on-one and small group coaching sessions for girls of all ages.
Whether your daughter/sister/cousin/friend is looking to learn a new sport and excel in middle and/or high school OR if your player is already advanced and has a few years under their belt, these sessions are guaranteed to increase agility, stick skills, position skill, shooting, teamwork, and an overall motivated and positive attitude.
Daffnee’s credentials include:
- Active play for 12 years
- Qualification for Team Florida for 3 consecutive years in high school
- Played competitive club lacrosse in college for 3 years
- Leadership and coaching/captain experience for 7 years
- Actively holding record for most goals in one season, most goals in one game and most career goals in high school. (5k students enrolled-greater Orlando area high school).
Sessions can include:
- Stick skills (giving, cradling, passing, catching etc)
- Shooting {speed, aim}
- Cutting
- Ground balls
- Fundamentals/Basics
- Cradling
- Ground balls
- Left and right hand play
- Exercises for play at home
- Workout/training if desired
Past students have walked into spring tryouts without dropping balls, rarely missing ground balls, and were part of the starting lineup.
