- 5 Sun-dried tomatoes Chopped
- 1 Carrot Chopped
- 3 Drizzles Olive oil
- 2 Dashes Ground Pepper
- 3 Parsnips Peeled and chopped
- 3 Stalks flour Washed and chopped
Instructions
Bring saucepan to medium heat and add olive oil.
Add all ingredients and saute for 6-8 minutes or until parsnips are soft.
Serve in a bowl with fresh lime squeezed on top!
