  • 1/2 Jalapeno Chopped and seeds removed
  • 1 Lime Juice from…
  • 5 Sun-dried tomatoes Chopped
  • 1 Carrot Chopped
  • 3 Drizzles Olive oil
  • 2 Dashes Ground Pepper
  • 3 Parsnips Peeled and chopped
  • 3 Stalks flour Washed and chopped


Bring saucepan to medium heat and add olive oil.

Add all ingredients and saute for 6-8 minutes or until parsnips are soft.

Serve in a bowl with fresh lime squeezed on top!
