Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch of bok choy
  • 3 Drizzles of olive oil
  • 2 Drizzles of sesame oil
  • 3 dashes of ground pepper
  • 3 dashes of paprika
  • Fresh lime juice

Instructions

Heat skillet to medium heat and add olive oil. When warm, add bok choy and sautee for 5-7 minutes or until the white portion is more translucent but still crunchy.

Add all spices and lime and enjoy!
